Meet the Pacific1031 Team

An Orange County native, Yvan brings six years of experience leading roll-up strategies for private equity firms across the professional and financial services industries. He leads the day-to-day operations of Pacific1031 and is responsible for driving both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions via Pacific1031's parent company, Securitas. Prior to Pacific1031, Mr. Monreal spent time at Cooley, Harbor Street Capital, and Harvey & Company. Yvan is a graduate of Whittier College and Duke University School of Law

Richard Jaubert is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in finance, strategy, and organizational development. As CFO of Pacific1031, he leads business development and oversees daily operations, ensuring clients receive seamless support across a wide range of 1031 exchange transactions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA, and brings a track record of guiding growth-focused organizations with precision and vision.

Charles H. Mansour is a Partner at Pacific1031. In 2009, he founded Pacific's parent company, Securitas1031, a trusted Qualified Intermediary for 1031 tax-deferred exchanges based in Houston, TX. A seasoned real estate and tax attorney with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Mansour has overseen more than 18,000 closings and $3 billion in transactions. He holds degrees from LSU, Thurgood Marshall School of Law (Cum Laude), and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown, and is licensed in Texas, Louisiana, and D.C. Charles, a New Orleans native, spent many summers in Newport Beach and enjoys visiting his mother, who lives in Newport.

Ignacio Sepulveda, a SoCal native, drives strategic growth initiatives at Securitas1031, Pacific1031's parent company. He draws on his background in deal structuring, capital markets, and private equity. He has deep experience supporting family-owned and founder-led businesses. Ignacio earned a B.S. from Pepperdine and is completing his MBA at Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
